Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers have expressed severe dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Fantastic Removals. One reviewer, Yasmin, reported being shouted at and harassed by the removal men, who refused to load her belongings into the van unless she paid extra. Another reviewer, Lola Agabalogun, accused the company of being a "shell company" that only cares about making money, and charged her excessive fees without explaining what they were for.

Yasmin also reported that the removal men broke her wine glass and left half her belongings behind, and that she had to take a day off work to transport the rest of her items across London. Lola Agabalogun stated that the company took her belongings to an industrial storage facility that civilians couldn't access, and charged her a hefty fee to access her belongings.
