Renamed to its current title in 2015, the venue has since undergone a significant 1 million refurbishment, transforming it into Gretna Green Ltd.'s third hotel in the area. Situated directly across from the famous Old Toll Bar, Greens at Gretna was previously a popular destination for travellers seeking comfortable accommodation and a warm welcome.
Regrettably, when the COVID-19 pandemic emerged in 2020, Gretna Green Ltd. had no choice but to close the hotel. However, in a move to adapt and continue providing a unique and enjoyable experience for locals and visitors alike, the decision was made to repurpose the location as a dedicated Bar & Restaurant. This transformation has allowed the hotel rooms to be converted into new office space and staff accommodation for the growing business.
