Excellent Customer Service and Quality Work
The majority of reviewers have had a positive experience with the motorcycle workshop, praising the excellent service they received. Many have commended the team, particularly Junior, for their helpfulness and professionalism. Reviewers have also appreciated the prompt attention to their needs, with some having their bikes serviced or repaired quickly. Additional highlights include the workshop's willingness to work with customers to find solutions to their problems and the friendly and respectful demeanor of the staff.
Disappointing Experiences
Unfortunately, not all reviewers have had a positive experience. Two reviewers have given the workshop a low rating, citing poor service and dishonest business practices. One reviewer, London Plug, reported being overcharged for a deposit on a rented bike and not receiving a refund despite returning the bike three weeks later. Another reviewer, Sam Majidinia, had his battery replaced without his consent and was overcharged for the replacement battery.
