Cleanliness and Maintenance
The reviews suggest that the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. Ross Malickis found the room to be outdated, with an old and dusty carpet, and bodily fluids on the carpet. Alice Preston also mentioned finding plastic glasses in the room, which should be replaced with glass tumblers. Becca S. found that the corridors were chilly, and their room was also cold, with no response to adjusting the heating controls.
