Hardfacing
Our hardfacing solutions apply wear-resistant coatings using nickel and cobalt-based materials to extend component life in hostile environments. With over 35 years' expertise and 100+ approvals, we meet NORSOK, NACE, and ASME standards. Our capabilities include TIG, MIG, plasma, and HVOF welding processes on carbon steels, stainless steels, and high alloy metals for critical applications.
Precision Machining
Our advanced machining facility produces high-specification components using manual and CNC lathes, machining centres, and EDM equipment. With 30+ manufacturing cells, we handle everything from small intricate parts to large industrial components. Our capabilities include reverse engineering, surface finishing, and complex multi-process manufacturing solutions for demanding engineering applications.
Testing & Inspection
We maintain comprehensive in-house testing facilities including hardness testing, ultrasonic inspection, and magnetic particle testing. All testing meets SNT2 and PCN2 standards with full traceability and conformity certificates provided for critical applications.
Heat Treatment
