Poor Experience

She spent 30 minutes ordering hanging lights, only to have her order forgotten and the wrong items delivered a week later. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful, according to Rania. Matt also gives the store 1 star, complaining that despite asking to pick up his order in store, it was delivered instead, and some items were missing. He is still waiting for a refund and describes the service as "terrible".
