Positive Experiences
Many customers have had a wonderful experience with Laurence Coste Jewellery. They love the unique and elegant designs, and the customer service has been brilliant. Some have purchased multiple pieces and have received compliments on their jewellery. The staff have been helpful, and the new shop in Sloane Square has been well-received.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, some customers have had a poor experience with Laurence Coste Jewellery. One customer had a bracelet break twice, and after being offered a repair, was then told they would have to pay for it. The customer service was also reported to be rude and incompetent. Another customer had a horrible experience and felt that the quality of the jewellery was poor and the workmanship was subpar.
