Our story began in 2016, when our Executive Chef and innovative entrepreneur, Ram Yadav, combined his love of cooking and entertaining with his cultural heritage to create a unique dining experience. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Peruvian and infectious Brazilian cuisine he grew up with, Ram set out to bring a taste of Latin America to the Welsh capital.
