Envico Engineering Limited is a long-established organisation with a high reputation for designing and manufacturing quality specialised Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP) mouldings for use in various industrial applications. Our extensive range of products has been supplied to numerous sites throughout the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

We pride ourselves on combining excellent mechanical properties with corrosion and chemical resistance, making GRP the ideal material for creating tough, lightweight structures that are strong, durable, and relatively maintenance-free for both indoor and outdoor use. Our materials and methods are extremely cost-effective and economic when compared to other systems employing steel, brickwork, concrete blocks, or stone.

At Envico Engineering, we have a skilled management team and workforce, utilising modern plant and equipment to develop and produce high-quality specialist mouldings. Our capabilities span from basic hand lay-up lamination to sandwich constructions, including Plywood and/or Polyurethane foams for added strength and Thermal and Acoustic insulation. We offer a total service, from design to pattern and mould making, production, and quality assurance procedures to ensure consistent supply to the highest standards.

Our Policy

We are committed to developing new products to meet the increasingly sophisticated and demanding needs of our customers. Our continued success since 1975 has led to the purchase of a second factory in Port Talbot, approximately ten miles from our headquarters in Swansea. This new factory provides state-of-the-art manufacturing space, where we have established a specialist moulding division for new products and have concentrated our production of recent diversifications into new enclosure finishes and imitation effects such as brick, stone, slate, wood, and pebble dash.
