CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services utilise multi-axis technology to produce complex components with exceptional accuracy. We maintain tolerances down to +/- 0.01mm across X, Y, and Z axes, with traverse capacities up to 1650mm in X-axis. Our facilities include machining centres with 5-axis capabilities and 1.5-metre capacity, supported by OneCNC software for optimised production cycles.
CNC Turning
We offer high-precision CNC turning services with equipment ranging from bar-fed Citizen MS32V Sliding Head machinery to Hurco and Mazak CNC lathes. Our capabilities cover diameters from 3mm to 500mm with live tooling and bar feeds, enabling complex one-hit production. Lights-out manufacturing capabilities ensure continuous production with Citizen Wizard Software support.
CNC Milling
Our 5-axis CNC milling services handle complex geometries with high-speed machining centres. We support X-axis travel up to 1650mm and Y/Z axes up to 500mm, maintaining tight tolerances. Prototypes
