At Iceni Auto Services, we pride ourselves on being a reliable and trustworthy business that has been serving the community for over 18 years. Our vision is to provide top-quality workmanship to our customers without breaking the bank. Our story began when our founder, Daniel Hughes Briscoe, started his apprenticeship at a local garage. He quickly gained valuable experience and was soon headhunted by a prestigious main dealer. After further honing his skills, Daniel returned to Shotley to launch his own garage, Iceni Auto Services.

At Iceni Auto Services, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to all your vehicle's needs. From routine maintenance to repairs, our team of expert mechanics is equipped to handle any job. Our services include:
- Repairs: We offer a variety of repairs, including welding and light bodywork. If we are unable to replace a part, we will do our utmost to repair it and ensure that your vehicle is working at the highest possible standard.
- MOT: We use a City and Guilds qualified mechanic and trained MOT tester to carry out all of our MOTs to the highest standard.
- Service & Maintenance: We provide top-quality servicing and maintenance to a wide selection of vehicles, including vans and 4-wheel drive cars.
- Breakdown Service: We are an AA recognised garage and have the facilities to tow your vehicle to your desired location. We can also perform some emergency repairs.
- Timing Belts & Clutches: We only use main dealer or INA timing belt kits, along with main dealer or LUK clutches.
- Battery Change: We offer a hassle-free battery change service.
- Collect & Return: We will collect and return your vehicle, and can even provide you with a substitute vehicle if you require one.

Our team is led by Daniel Hughes Briscoe, a City and Guilds qualified mechanic with over 18 years' experience in the trade. Daniel has main dealer training and regularly updates his knowledge with IMI training courses and Snap-On training seminars. Our team is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and workmanship.
