Dorian Caffot de Fawes Ltd is a London-based antiques dealer specializing in 20th-century decorative arts, with a focus on the period between 1920 and 1970. Our rigorously-selected stock includes lighting, furniture, mirrors, art objects, and more, all chosen for their unique blend of decorative qualities, exceptional craftsmanship, and sensible pricing.

Our Story

Dorian Caffot de Fawes, the founder, was born in Paris and grew up in the Pays Basque region of France. He studied Art History in Bordeaux before moving to London in 2008. After being trained at Sotheby's in Bond Street, he worked for seven years for a well-known antique lighting dealer in Chelsea before setting up his own business. After six years in Fulham, Dorian's new gallery now spans over 90 square meters on Church Street, Marylebone, where he is proud to be part of one of the last antiques dealers' communities in London. Dorian also has a gallery in Mahon, the capital of Menorca.
