Established by Reginald Newnham, the company has grown and expanded over the years, providing a precision manufacturing service to a wide range of industries. Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including 5 Axis Machining, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Wire Erosion, and other specialized services. Our CNC Machine Centres are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, enabling us to machine a wide range of materials to exact customer specifications. We have 13 CNC Machine Centres of varying sizes, allowing us to handle large and small projects with ease. Our CNC Turning department is equally impressive, with 12 CNC lathes of varying sizes, capable of machining most materials, including exotic alloys, aluminium, brass, and plastics.

Our History
Newnham Engineering has a rich history, dating back to 1967 when Reginald Newnham founded the company. In 1972, Eric Newnham took over as Managing Director, and the company continued to grow and expand. In the 1980s, we invested in our first CNC lathe, an Olivetti controlled Beaver Galaxy, which marked a significant milestone in our history. We have continued to invest in new plant and machinery, including two brand new heavy-duty machines in 2014. Today, we are proud to be a 3rd-generation family-run business, with Eric Newnham still at the helm as Managing Director and Phil Newnham as Production Director.
