*Julian Meredith, Managing Director*: Julian is the Managing Director of Chase Commercial Ltd, having joined the business in 2003. Previously, he spent 10 years working in London with fund manager, Schroders, on various property investment vehicles.

*Justin Parker, Director*: Justin joined the Board of Chase Commercial Ltd as a Director in June 2019. He has over 30 years of experience working in the property industry, with the last 15 years as a PLC Main Board Director of a premium listed UK real estate group, acting as Managing Director.

*Sandy Backwith, Marketing & Office Manager*: Sandy joined the team in 2016 to help with the main day-to-day running of the office, admin, and marketing.
