Poor Customer Service and Unacceptable Business Practices
Multiple reviewers have shared their extremely negative experiences with FCI London, citing poor customer service, extortionate practices, and a lack of professionalism. The company's owners and employees have been accused of lying, bullying, and prioritising their own interests over those of their customers.
One reviewer's family paid for goods in full, only to have the company withhold the items and demand additional charges of 74,000. The owner responded to a review with false claims, leading the reviewer to question the company's integrity. Another reviewer's partner was forced to remove a review and threatened with legal action for sharing their honest experience.
A third reviewer was promised a quote for furniture but never received it, leading them to lose interest in the company's products. They suspect that the company may have judged them as "not valuable" buyers and decided not to provide a quote.
