At The Shack Revolution, we're a family-run business that's all about creating extraordinary experiences in extraordinary spaces. Founded in 2015, our journey began when brothers James and Rich Manning transformed a derelict 'barn' in the heart of Hereford's City Centre into a bustling pizza and cocktails restaurant. Fast forward to today, and we've reimagined ourselves once again to become the ultimate urban, industrial wedding and events venue in the beating heart of Herefordshire.
Our Story
We're a small team of like-minded individuals who share a passion for providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories. Our team is dedicated to making your special day truly unforgettable. Meet our team members:
- Leanne, our Sales & Marketing Manager, who is the resident Instagram enthusiast and data guru, and
- Jacob, our Venue Manager, who is the wizard behind the scenes, coordinating every aspect of your wedding day.
Our Venues
We have three unique spaces to make your special day truly unforgettable:
- The Lean-To, our rustic greenhouse space with exposed brick walls, natural daylight, and room for up to 120 seated guests.
- The Workshop, our industrial space perfect for dining, dancing, and live bands, accommodating 150 guests.
- The Courtyard, an urban oasis perfect for reception drinks, games, and evening street food.

We're conveniently located in the heart of Hereford city centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and under two hours' drive from major airports. You'll find us amidst the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, just a short drive from the historic Cathedral and River Wye.
