Our Story
The Tereza-Joanne was launched in 1997, and has a rich history that dates back to World War II. After a complete refurbishment, the vessel is now permanently moored in Albert Island, East London, offering a unique floating venue for all types of events. As a family-run business, we take pride in our commitment to providing a personal service to ensure your event is a success.

Community Involvement
At Tereza Joanne, we believe in giving back to our community. We support local charities and initiatives, including "Better Together" a shared lives scheme in Newham, and "Tawa Chillout" hosted by Helen Ayodele Sonoiki a board member for the national charity "Domestic Violence UK". We also support the "Ellen Mai Guru Trust" which provides feeding programs and pre-school education in extremely poor rural communities in Malawi.
