Our chef and owner, Tirak Blackpoolder, has a passion for cooking that dates back to 1999 when he started working as a kitchen porter at the age of 16. Through hard work and dedication, he worked his way up to become a chef helper and eventually opened his own restaurant, Boonnak Thai. Tirak's expertise and love for Thai cuisine shine through in every dish that leaves our kitchen.
