Our chef/patron, John Quigley, has built a reputation for excellence in casual gourmet dining, having worked in London's West End and as a private chef to rock stars and celebrities such as Bryan Adams and Tina Turner. Since returning to Glasgow, John has opened and established numerous successful restaurants, achieving international recognition.
