Welcome to Westerclose House Cottages, situated in the heart of Exmoor National Park. We are a family-run business, passionate about providing a tranquil and peaceful retreat for our guests, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Exmoor.

Our Accommodation

We offer four comfortable and well-appointed holiday cottages and a spacious apartment, sleeping between 2 and 6 people, all set around a peaceful courtyard with each cottage having its own individual private garden and parking. Our cottages are perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We also have B&B accommodation available, ideal for those looking for a more traditional bed and breakfast experience.

Dogs and Horses Welcome

We are proud to be a dog-friendly and horse-friendly accommodation, with safe, enclosed gardens and excellent DIY stabling and grazing available for your equine friends. We understand the importance of bringing your furry friends with you on holiday, and we are happy to accommodate them in our cottages and B&B.

Enjoying Exmoor

Exmoor National Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous walks, bridle paths, and cycle rides to enjoy directly from your accommodation. The Two Moors Way passes within 100 yards of Westerclose, and the ancient Tarr Steps clapper bridge and mediaeval Landacre Bridge are within easy walking, riding, and cycling distance. We are only a 5-minute stroll from the excellent Royal Oak Inn, the well-stocked village shop, lovely tea rooms, the beautiful river, and historic St Andrew's Church.
