Empowering Children to Reach Their Full Potential
At Tree Tops Montessori Nursery, we have been providing exceptional childcare and early education to children in Leamington Spa since 1991. Our story began when our founders, Sue Butler and Linda Hodierne, two experienced Montessori teachers, opened our doors to provide high-quality care and education to children from 3 months to 5 years old. Over the years, we have expanded to meet the growing demand for our services, and today we are proud to be one of the leading Montessori nurseries in the area.
Our Philosophy
At Tree Tops, we believe that children learn best through exploration, discovery, and hands-on experience. Our Montessori education programme is designed to stimulate a child's natural curiosity and love of learning, providing a wide range of experiences that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Our Services
Our experienced and qualified staff use a variety of teaching materials and methods to engage children in their learning journey. Our curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, which focuses on developing children's skills, knowledge, and understanding across seven areas of learning.
Our Environment
Our nursery is a safe and protected learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and grow. Our spacious and well-designed facilities provide ample opportunities for children to engage in play-based activities, learn through hands-on experiences, and develop lifelong skills. About Maria Montessori
Maria Montessori was a pioneering educator who championed the importance of self-directed learning and hands-on experience. Born in Italy in 1870, Montessori became the first female Doctor of Medicine in her country's history before going on to develop the Montessori education method. Her philosophy emphasizes individualized learning, hands-on experience, and child-directed activities, which remains at the heart of our nursery's approach.
