All our staff have a DBS (police check) and undergo regular training in safeguarding children, online safety, prevent duty, fire awareness, and first aid. We have a video intercom entry system with a code, CCTV in all the rooms and outdoors, and a Fire Marshal who conducts monthly drills. Our food hygiene rating is 5, the highest rating given by the Food Standards Agency.

2. Experienced and Caring Staff: Our staff are our biggest asset. Most of our staff are qualified to a level 2 or 3 as Early Years Educators and hold Paediatric First Aid certificates. They receive regular training in safeguarding, food hygiene, prevent duty, fire awareness, sleep, nutrition, behavior, child development, Phonics, and other related topics.
