Our Approach
At Audus, we understand that buying a new kitchen is a significant investment, and we believe that you deserve the best. That's why we follow a proven 7-step process to ensure that every kitchen we deliver meets our exceptional standards. From the initial consultation to the final installation, our fully project-managed service means that you don't have to worry about a thing.
Step 1: Consultation
Our home appointment service allows you to discuss your ideas and thoughts about your kitchen with one of our experienced designers. They will take all the necessary measurements and show you how we can enhance your kitchen to exceed your expectations.
Step 2: Detailed Plans
We produce stunning plans using the latest CAD software, which are then discussed and refined with you. This is your chance to provide feedback and make any changes to the design.
Step 3: Place Order
We will send your personalized plan to be manufactured with your chosen supplier. Our kitchens are built in the factory, specifically for your home. As part of this process, we require a deposit upon ordering.
Step 4: Pre-Fitting Check
Whilst your kitchen is being built, we will pay you a visit to ensure everything is ready for fitting. We will double-check everything and ensure that our installation team has all the necessary information.
Step 5: Installation
Our team will quickly and professionally install your kitchen with minimal disruption. We will show you how everything works so you can get the most out of your new kitchen.
Step 6: Final Inspection
We will conduct a final inspection to ensure that your new kitchen meets our exceptional standards. We want you to love your new kitchen, and we're confident that you will.
