Our Story
Cosy Corner Holiday Park has been in family hands for over 40 years, with the current owners, Richard and Sarah Picking, taking over the park in 2017. With a shared passion for the outdoors and a love for sharing their home with others, Richard and Sarah have dedicated themselves to maintaining the high standards set by the previous owners, while also adding their own personal touches to make your stay with us unforgettable.
Our Caravans
Our self-contained caravans are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Our range of caravans, including Rio Gold, Bluebird Contessa, and Swift Burgundy, offer a choice of styles and sizes to suit all needs. All of our caravans have TVs with Digibox and free WiFi, ensuring that you stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Our park is a tranquil oasis, nestled at the foot of the beautiful Lanherne valley. Our facilities are designed to provide you with a relaxing and peaceful environment, with ample parking spaces, beautiful gardens, and a convenient location just a short walk from the beach. Additionally, our proximity to Newquay and Padstow means that you have access to a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as plenty of outdoor activities and attractions to choose from.
Tariff and Availability
Our tariff is competitive and flexible, offering a range of options to suit all budgets. Bookings are available for Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday, with a deposit of 100.00 per unit per week and the balance due 42 days before arrival. We also offer a range of activities and services, including fishing, horse riding, sailing, and surfing, as well as beach excursions and excursions to nearby attractions.
