We offer six cottages, each individually designed and furnished to ensure a high standard of comfort and elegance. Each cottage is equipped with modern amenities, including hot tubs, to provide the ultimate holiday experience. Our cottages can accommodate up to 32 people, making them ideal for larger families or groups of friends.

Our Location
Sands Farm Holiday Cottages is situated in the rural village of Wilton, nestled on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. We are just 4 miles from Pickering, 14 miles from Scarborough, and 2 miles from the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Our location offers the perfect balance of rural tranquility and proximity to major attractions.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
- A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to arrival
- The deposit is non-refundable
- We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance
- We do not accept group bookings from parties under the age of 25
Our Terms and Conditions
We have a range of terms and conditions in place to ensure a enjoyable and comfortable stay for all our guests. Please note that dogs are welcome in our cottages, but must be kept on a lead in the garden and courtyard. We also have a strict no-smoking policy and a maximum occupancy for each cottage.
