Ross's exceptional care and profound knowledge in physiotherapy have been evident throughout my years as his patient. Recently, when I faced a new injury and sought advice despite having moved away, Ross demonstrated his dedication by consulting with me over the phone and promptly sending personalised exercises. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross to anyone in need of physiotherapy services; his outstanding care and unwavering support have made a significant difference in my recovery journey.
Ross was very knowledgeable about my knee injury and helped me get back to normal. He was also very thorough in his follow up and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and would go to him again for any future issues.
Sat here in nerve pain of some sort for 2 months thinking it will go away. Realising this wasn't going to fix itself I reached out to a few physios in LB but the others felt too corporate for my liking. I prefer the person answering the call to know what they're talking about. Paid for a 1 hour session which then lasted 1hr 20! No rush, tried a load of positions to then establish what was causing the pain. Lent me a walking stick and showed me some glute strengthening exercises and now just 24 hours later i definitely feel an improvement.
Wow! Miracle cures really are a thing! I visited Ross due to a 'hip' issue which actually turned out to be a hamstring problem. pain near the sitting bone exacerbated by my main form of exercise running which had been bothering me for a number of months and wouldn't go away. Ross had to do a bit of poking and prodding and pulling me every which way but he was able to identify the problem and drop me some strength / stretching exercises in order to aid the recovery. 2 weeks on I am not absolutely pain free but getting better all the time and working to close to my usual work load. Ross was insightful but suitably playful and banterous throughout, cannot recommend enough, cheers mate!
Ross is a very knowledgeable physio. I have had 2 operations and he has helped me recover both times. He has a raft of techniques that he can apply to any incident. Very happy with him, would definitely recommend.
I really don't know where to start. I decided to book an appointment with Ross after reading all 5* reviews, but unfortunately my experience wasn't 5*! First of all the place is really messy, dusty, nothing like on the picture. Then, the appointment. It should last an hour but for the first good 20 minutes Ross was telling me his Polish food recipes, what he cooked, his favourite food, the list of ingredients was just endless.
I first visited Ross in 2020. Ross explained in laymen's terms what was causing my pain. He then showed me the exercises to do to alleviate the pain. I left the session with so much more mobility. I did not have to return because he gave me the tools to heal myself! I have visited him twice more for other parts of my body that are showing their age, and once again explained what was going on. Manipulated the offending area, gave me exercises to do my self and 'bingo' I am moving freely once again. I recommend him to everyone - with confidence that he gets on with the job
Great experience visiting Lindslade Physiotherapy. Had a bad leg break and was still struggling with pain, stiffness and weakness 7 months after surgery. Ross went out of his way to help me understand my pain and when I should and shouldn't be concerned by it. He really helped change my mindset about my injury to not let it beat me. I'm being much more active with my recovery now and my leg's improving already. Thank you!
The sign in the window says pain free after 2-3 visits. it was very true. I was hugely improved after one visit and even better after the 2nd. Ross gave me some very gentle stretches to do to ease my irritated disc. I followed his instructions and it worked. Plus he didn't try and sign me up for lots of sessions afterwards. i could book them as and when I needed. It felt like he wanted to fix me as soon as possible not tell me i'd need x number of sessions to be fixed. Best money I have spent in a long time.
