Our Story
The Vine was founded in 2012 by Alvino, who has a lifelong passion for food and hospitality. Born in Ecuador, Alvino has worked in various UK restaurants, including Carluccio's and Cote Brasserie in London, before moving to Yorkshire to pursue his dream of opening his own restaurant. Alvino's extensive experience and love for Italian cuisine have enables us to create dishes that are both authentic and innovative.
