Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including property sales, lettings, and management. Our property sales service is backed by our guarantee that you will not find a higher level of service at a lower price. We have a fixed fee commission structure, which means you can sell your property for 1000 plus VAT (1200.00 inc VAT) regardless of value. We have no upfront charges or fees for either sales or lettings.
Our lettings service is designed to provide landlords with a hassle-free experience. We offer a fully managed letting service, which includes finding suitable tenants, collecting rent, and managing the property. Our rates are 12% inc VAT (10% plus VAT), and discounted management fees are available for portfolios of over 50 properties. We pay rents to landlords within 72 hours of receiving it from the tenant, and we take a security deposit for each and every letting.
