Our fully licensed bar lounge is a great place for relaxing before or after a busy day sightseeing, offering many brand beers, wines, and spirits, including ale from our local York Brewery. Open fires welcome you in the winter, making it feel like home from home. We have a 24-hour reception for your convenience, offering flexible check-in, complementary city maps, taxi ordering service, tourist information, and more from our dedicated, friendly staff to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Rooms
Our rooms are comfortable and homely, with every room offering en-suite bathroom, complementary toiletries, towels, hairdryers, tea & coffee making facilities, television, and free unlimited WiFi. We welcome group bookings of all types, including private coach parties, educational trips, and social and sporting groups. Rates can be negotiated for groups of 30 or more, so please ask about this when making an enquiry.

Parking and Accessibility
We have a free but limited private car park to the rear of the hotel, operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternative street parking is available nearby on Scarcroft Road & Albemarle Road. We also have accessible areas, including the main entrance, 12 guest bedrooms, public restrooms, restaurant, bar, TV lounge, and entrance from the carpark. Grab rails, shower stool, and wheelchair are all available on request for your convenience.
