Steve Dean, our founder and lead personal trainer, is a fully certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Human Biomechanics Specialist. He specialises in functional movement efficiency, core strengthening, posture enhancement, weight management, metabolic conditioning, pain reduction/prevention, structural integration, movement biotensegrity, corrective exercise, mobility/flexibility, stress reduction, and energy increase. Steve's extensive knowledge and passion for helping others make him an exceptional trainer and movement specialist.
