Our journey began when two brothers, Yiannis and Andreas, were just 14 and 15 years old, working alongside their father in his restaurant, learning the secrets of traditional Greek cooking and culture. Fast-forward to 2016, and we were finally able to realize our dream of opening our own restaurant in Brighton, inviting you to experience the true flavors of Greece.
