Our journey began when Georges father introduced him to the joy of Saturday morning pancakes, a tradition we continued with our own family. Inspired by home-made waffles and disappointment with inconsistent restaurant offerings, we established The Cabin as a cosy haven dedicated to fresh pancakes, waffles, and ethically sourced coffee. We prioritise sustainability through eco-friendly packaging and support local and global charities like Tearfund and the Life Association Charity.
