Our Story
It all began with a tradition - Saturday morning pancakes with George's American dad. This tradition evolved into a shared love for waffles during Linz's niece's marriage to a Norwegian. Disappointed by the inconsistency of restaurant pancakes, we decided to create our own cozy haven where fresh, delicious food reigns supreme.
