Yorkshire Building Services (YBS) is a UK-based company that has been providing mechanical and electrical solutions for over 30 years. Established in 1992, we have grown to become a leading player in the industry, with a team of over 100 employees and a presence throughout the UK.

Mechanical Services

Our mechanical services include the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems. Our team of experienced engineers has the expertise to handle complex projects, from the initial design phase to the final inspection.

Electrical Services

Our electrical services encompass the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, including electrical distribution, lighting, and control systems. Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning services include the design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial applications. Our experienced engineers have the necessary expertise to handle projects of all sizes and complexity.

Manfacture

Our manufacturing capabilities enable us to produce bespoke air-handling units, package plant, and tank rooms, as well as other specialized equipment. We have recently manufactured a prototype biomass boiler house and feed hopper for a renewable energy company.

Maintenance

Our maintenance division offers a comprehensive maintenance package to ensure that our clients' systems are running efficiently and effectively. Our experienced engineers provide regular maintenance checks, repairs, and modifications to prevent downtime and minimize the risk of equipment failure.
