Our in-house design team employs market-leading software for the design and production of our complex services installations, ensuring that we meet the highest industry standards.

Over 75% of our business comes from repeat customers, which is a testament to the quality of our work and our commitment to delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Our leadership team is headed by Robin Hill, our Managing Director, who has over 38 years of experience in the industry, with 28 of those years spent at Charleson. Robin trained and gained the majority of his previous experience with Haden Young Ltd in the North West before joining Charleson Building Services Ltd over 25 years ago.

We are proud of our years of experience in delivering mechanical and electrical services to offsite modular constructions and traditional build techniques. Our experience in offsite construction has allowed us to develop and build on our own methods of how we deliver Mechanical and Electrical schemes, which reduces on-site programme time and enhances our Health and Safety records further.

• Mechanical & Electrical Services: Existing and New Build - We can offer solutions to our client requirements whether the building is a new bespoke development or whether it is an existing facility that requires careful coordination and consideration.
• Modular and Traditional Building Engineering Services - We offer a wide selection of services across different types of construction project. We offer flexibility to our clients.

We are fully accredited and certified to Gas-Safe, Water-Safe, CQMS, f-Gas, and many other industry-leading standards. Our wealth of construction accreditations allows us to work as part of a wider team for modular or traditional building contractors or direct with the clients' own in-house teams and consultants.

Full Cycle Building Service Engineers

We offer a full cycle building service, from concept, design, cost, manage, deliver, aftercare. Our in-house delivery teams include concept development, cost analysis, design and drawing production (including BIM Level 2, using the latest industry software) before the designs come to life for our project management and delivery teams to construct and offer to the client as completed projects. The finishing touches are provided by our aftercare and maintenance teams that enable the systems to be maintained and operating at their peak performance and original design intent. We can offer these services as separate packages.
