Kris Turnbull Studios: Mixed Reviews
Disappointing Experience
One customer, Jonathan Soye, had a disappointing experience with Kris Turnbull Studios (KTS). They experienced a series of delays and setbacks with their living room project, with items not received even after 10 months. The customer found the company unaccountable, with KTS blaming suppliers, transport companies, and even fate for the delays. When they requested a refund, the company's attitude towards them changed, and they were even subjected to a nasty and uncalled-for comment about their home.
Invoices and Refunds Issues
The customer also experienced issues with sales invoices being higher than the initial quotation. Invoices were frequently incorrect, with items being charged twice, and credits not applied for items returned or not received. Although KTS did provide a refund, it did not include related shipping costs, which were significant. The customer had to request corrections to the refund.
A Luxurious but Disappointing Experience
On the other hand, Tara M. had a more positive experience, describing the KTS showroom as "lush" and "fancy". The venue, located in an old church, was impressive, with great branding. However, the customer found it strange that some displays had "no photos" signs. Parking outside was also difficult, and the interior was rather cold.
