Our Ethos
As a member of Hampshire Fare, we are committed to using local Hampshire suppliers wherever possible. We never use GM foods, and our meat is supplied to Farm Assured Standards. We only use fish from sustainable sources and are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint. We recycle everything that we can, encourage our staff to cycle to work, and our state-of-the-art kitchens operate to the highest legislative standards in terms of emissions.
Our Services

Our services also include event management, where we will organize your event from set-up, through staffing and service to take-down and cleaning, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day with your guests.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
We're extremely passionate about giving back, and for every wedding or three-course corporate event we cater for, we donate 30p per head to our charity of the year. We're also proud supporters of 'Love Food, Hate Waste', a campaign from WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme), which aims to tackle the 12 billion worth of food wasted each year in the UK.
