Consultations & Bookings
We offer free 15-20-minute consultations to discuss each client's requirements, expectations, and target treatment or colouring. During this appointment, we can establish a tailored plan to reach the desired treatment, colour, or length, including the time and cost involved. A patch test may be required 48 hours before the appointment to rule out any allergic reaction to the products used.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that clients cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, the deposit will not be refunded unless the appointment can be re-filled. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
