Where creativity meets self-expression

Oakover Guest House is a beautiful Victorian Guest House in Weston-super-Mare, built in 1890 and managed by resident owner Simon. Our guest house is located on level ground, only 150 meters from the sea front and beach lawns, half a mile from the main train station, and just a few minutes' walk to the town centre, the Grand Pier, local parks, shops, and restaurants.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our six beautiful double rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard, each with private en-suites, 32-inch colour LCD televisions with Freeview, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridges, digital radio alarms, ironing boards and irons, hairdryers, and hand and bath towels. We also offer free on-site parking, although please note that access is narrow (2.1 meters at the narrowest point) as the guest house dates back to 1890. Alternatively, on-road parking is available nearby.

In the mornings, we provide a comprehensive breakfast menu that includes cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, and juices, as well as a hot selection cooked fresh to order from locally sourced ingredients. We also cater to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dietary requirements. In the evenings, we offer a delicious evening meal service, with dishes cooked fresh from locally sourced ingredients.

We are proud holders of AA 4 Gold Stars and a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.
