In addition to sight tests, we also provide fitting and aftercare services for various types of contact lenses, including gas permeable (G.P.) and keratoconus lenses. Our dispensing staff is knowledgeable about the latest products and will help you find the perfect spectacles or sunglasses to suit your individual needs.
Advanced Eye Tests and Specialized Services
We offer advanced eye tests using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Camera, which provides detailed, high-resolution images of the front and rear surfaces of the eye. This technology enables us to detect early stages of serious sight-threatening conditions, such as macula degeneration and glaucoma. We also provide coloured overlay assessments for children diagnosed with visual dyslexia or Meres-Irlam Syndrome, as well as prescription sports eyewear for individuals with specific needs.
COVID-19 Urgent Eyecare Service (CUES) and Emergency Care
As a member of the CUES scheme, we provide prompt access to a consultation with one of our specialist optometrists via a telephone triage call, providing a care plan to self-manage or refer to an appropriate ophthalmology service. If you have any urgent eye problems, such as a painful eye, red eye, loss of vision, or visual disturbances, please do not hesitate to contact us during our opening hours.
