However, Jerina Chan has reported that there were "hits and misses" with the food, mentioning that the mussels in the linguine had a bad smell and taste as if they were not fresh.
Service
The service has been a point of contention among the reviewers. While many have praised the staff, describing them as "friendly", "helpful", and "proactive", there have been some criticisms. S. Norman Jack had a particularly negative experience, complaining that his starter was raw and the replacement was also not cooked properly.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere of the restaurant has been consistently praised by the reviewers. Many have noted the rustic and modern interiors, comfortable seating, and pleasant outdoor areas. Dee Zed has specifically praised the wood burner, saying that it "gives off proper heat to the whole place".
