Our Story

The brainchild of Sujan Katuwal, Panas has grown from a humble beginning to a renowned restaurant in South London. What sets us apart is our commitment to charitable efforts in the local community. During the pandemic, Sujan donated over 100,000 hot meals to those in need, earning him the Freedom of the City of London in 2022. This led to the establishment of Panas Helping Hands, a charitable arm of the restaurant, which has enabled us to expand our humanitarian efforts globally.

At the helm of our culinary journey is our award-winning Head Chef, Ram Paudal, who was trained by two-time Michelin Star winner Atul Kochhar.
