Staff and Facilities
The reviews highlight the good staff at Capscases, with no height limits on trailers outside the tip (excluding cardboard, which is not ideal). However, the yard can get busy, especially during early morning and afternoon arrivals.
Parking and Customer Service
Paul Gray suggests arriving early or late to avoid the chaos in the yard, as parking can be difficult. He recommends parking outside and walking in.
