Initially, the business focused on growing vegetables to support the war effort, subsequently expanding to supplying local shops and greengrocers with fresh produce. The business witnessed significant growth when Stephen, Ralf's son, joined the company, leading to the flourishing of the flower side of the business. As a result, the nursery began supplying local garden centers and nurseries. Now in its third generation of Barnwell's, the business has grown into a thriving enterprise that grows an extensive range of bedding, vegetables, alpines, and perennials for both trade and the general public. Our award-winning florist has a wealth of experience and can produce whatever size, style, and colour you are looking for. We specialise in large weddings or where you want unusual bespoke flower arrangements to wow your guests.*
