- Alicia Shave, our Head Groomer, is a City and Guilds Level 3 qualified groomer with extensive experience in the industry. She founded the business and continues to lead the team with her dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Ash Brothers, our Assistant Groomer, completed her apprenticeship with us and has been trained by Alicia. She is now a confident and skilled groomer in her own right.
- Tim Shave, our General Manager, brings his corporate experience to the business, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of service while prioritizing the welfare of every dog that visits us.
- Hannah Dance, one of our talented groomers, has completed her City and Guilds Level 3 qualification and has built a strong reputation for her attention to detail and gentle touch.
- Fleur Tanner, our newest member, has also completed her City and Guilds Level 3 qualification and is now operating independently from our salon.

Price Guidelines
Please note that prices may vary depending on the condition of your dog's coat. Some knots and mats are to be expected, but please be aware that severe matting may incur an additional charge based on the time taken to de-matt.
