Following this, we invite you to discuss the quote and answer any questions you may have. If you require any changes to the original quotation, we can revise it at this time.

3. Starting Your Project: Before the work begins, we'll send you an invoice and request a 40% deposit.

4. Manufacture: Once the details have been agreed and approved, your order will go to our production team of skilled craftspeople in our Highgate workshop. You're welcome to visit any time to check on the progression of your items.

5. Installation: Before your items are ready to install or dispatch, we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient installation and delivery date. During installation, our team will create as little disruption as possible and treat you and your property with the utmost care. Upon completion, we'll ensure everything is left clean and tidy.

6. Aftercare: We provide the highest quality products and service available. However, should you encounter an issue with one of our installations in the future, don't worry, we will assess and rectify the problem.
