At Canal Farm, we offer three charming cottages, each with its own unique character and charm. Our cottages are well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. Our cottages are ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat.
Barn Owl
Our largest cottage, Barn Owl, can accommodate up to 5 people and offers 4-star self-catering accommodation. This holiday home has a cosy atmosphere and is ideal for families or couples.
Kingfisher
Kingfisher has been sympathetically converted from a traditional red-bricked and pantiled farm building, retaining its original beams and giving it a unique character. This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and offers 4-star self-catering accommodation.
Ticklepenny
Ticklepenny cottage is our smallest holiday let, suitable for two to four people. This single-storey cottage is ideal for guests with limited mobility and offers 4-star self-catering accommodation.

Fishing at Canal Farm
We offer an exclusive fishing lake, free of charge, for our cottage guests only. The lake is located just 400 metres from our cottages along a dedicated footpath, providing an exciting experience for fishing enthusiasts. Our fishing lake is renowned for its large carp, with a record catch of 25lb in 2020.
Local Facilities
Our nearby village, Grainthorpe, offers a range of local facilities, including pubs, a farm shop, and a village store. The nearby town of Louth, with its charming atmosphere and historic architecture, is also within easy reach.
