Our Story
The Fair Repair Centre was founded in 1989 by Roger Faulkner and his father-in-law, Bill Waters. Over the years, the business has undergone significant changes, with John Love joining the company as a technician/mechanic in 1991. John took over as director in 2004 and successfully ran the business for a further ten years. In 2014, the business was taken over by Richard Mitton, a long-term friend and colleague of John's, who brought with him vast technical knowledge of modern-day vehicles and "all makes" diagnostics, servicing, and repair capabilities.
Our Services
At The Fair Repair Centre, we offer a comprehensive range of car repair and servicing solutions, including cambelt replacements, clutch and DMF repairs, DPF specialist services, and MOT testing by arrangement. Our fully equipped garage allows us to provide a full diagnostic service for any make of vehicle. We are able to work on a range of vehicles, including domestic and light commercial vehicles, and we always ensure excellent results are achieved.
We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we offer courtesy cars by prior arrangement. Our fully qualified mechanics are able to carry out work on brakes, clutches, DMF, exhausts, cam belts, and DPF specialist services, all of which will be completed to the highest of standards.
