Appointments
At Melle Cloche, we take appointments very seriously. We understand that every bride is unique and deserves a personalized experience. That's why we only work by appointment, ensuring that every bride receives undivided attention from our expert team.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: Yes, we only work by appointment to ensure that every bride receives the personalized attention she deserves.
Q: Do you charge for an appointment?
A: Yes, we charge a small booking fee of 30 for bridal and bridesmaid appointments. This fee can be redeemed against the purchase of your dress or dresses on the day.
Q: How long is an appointment?
A: Bridal appointments are 1 hour and 45 minutes, sample sale/ready-to-wear appointments are 1 hour, bridesmaid appointments are 1 hour, second-look appointments are 45 minutes, and accessories/styling appointments are 30 minutes.
Q: Who will I be working with during my appointment?
A: You will be working with one of our experienced bridal stylists, either Jac or Lisa, who have years of experience in helping brides find the perfect dress.
Q: Can I bring guests?
A: Yes, you can bring up to three guests with you to your appointment. We ask that you limit your guests to this number to ensure that our stylists can provide each of you with personalized attention.
Q: Do you offer refreshments?
A: Yes, we offer a glass of Prosecco or Bucks Fizz for our brides and their guests during bridal appointments. For bridesmaid appointments, we have a small drinks fridge filled with canned cocktails that bridesmaids are welcome to help themselves to.
Q: Can I take photos?
A: We understand that you may want to take photos during your appointment, but we would prefer that you didn't. Our goal is to help you find the perfect dress, and we find that photos often detract from this experience. We encourage you to be in the moment and enjoy the experience with your loved ones.
Q: What size sample gowns are available to try on?
A: Our dresses come in a variety of sizes, including size 10, 12, 14, and some size 16. Our stylists are fully trained to fit you in the samples, so if the dress is too big or small, we can accommodate you.
Q: Will someone be in the changing room with me?
A: Yes, our stylists will come into the changing room with you to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident during your appointment.
