Do you deliver to all Bristol postcodes?
We deliver to BS3, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS16, BS20, BS32, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS41 and surrounding areas. Contact us for other postcode availability.
What's your same-day delivery cutoff time?
Orders must be placed by 2pm GMT for same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Late orders will be delivered the next working day.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, select 'Click and Collect' at checkout. Specify morning or afternoon collection at our 5 Carlton Court, Westbury-on-Trym store.
Do you make funeral arrangements?
We create respectful funeral tributes including casket sprays and sympathy bouquets. Unfortunately we cannot send funeral arrangements by courier service.
Are luxury arrangements available for immediate purchase?
Luxury floral designs require 24-48 hours notice to ensure specialty flower availability and custom design time for optimal presentation.
